Wilder, Vermont
by Kaitlyn Shinn
Wilder, Vermont thats a unique town. There are lots of rivers, parks, different structures, and different views. Where I live can be totally different from wherever you are now.
Oak Knoll Complexes, is definitely unique. A good amount of people live there, it was around 6pm walking around to see something as pretty as this, and the trees are just gorgeous.
Ratcliff park about 4 minutes from my house, baseball is a basic sport played there but theres also a playground that always catches my eye, its a fun place to go and have fun.
I was walking down colonial drive, where tons of my friends live. Its a great place to go on walks, I always go there for my walks.
This is my dog standing on my deck. Its also showing you what my backyard looks like, its fenced in but we are right on the main road which can get very annoying sometimes but other days you see tons of your friends go by.
A look down a crosswalk, it definitely shows what our roads are like; very beaten up from all the storms we get here and is not very fun to drive on but it shows how we get around.
A look down the road I live on with the sky and views of our mountains and trees which we have A LOT of around here, its insane. You can also see the tops of houses some are metal some are shingles, its all different.
Kilowatt Park, where a lot of sports are played, dogs run, people swim or boat. Its definately a fun place to be theres always something going on there and its beyond pretty.
Thats my view on how unique Wilder, Vermont is I may hate it sometimes but its a great place to grow up and has very fascinating places and things, with some differences between here and wherever you are. There’s always lots of events and places to go, i swear you’re never bored, theres always something going on that could interest you. While we do have a lot of things that aren’t as good as they may seem, there’s always something to fall in love with about Vermont.
